Licensing Terms & Usage Rights

What's Included: All sync licenses include high-quality audio files (WAV/MP3), perpetual usage rights for the specified scope, and a legal license agreement. Professional and Enterprise tiers include stems for full creative control.

Credit Requirements: Music credit is required as "Music by Zebiven" in your project's credits or description. This helps other creators discover my work and supports the creative community.

Non-Exclusive Rights: Basic and Professional licenses are non-exclusive, meaning other projects may also license the same track. For exclusive rights where the track is removed from my catalog, contact me for Enterprise licensing.

Distribution Limits: Each license tier has specific distribution caps (views/downloads/copies). If your project exceeds these limits, you can upgrade your license at any time by paying the difference.

Prohibited Uses: Music cannot be resold as stock music, used in hate speech content, or claimed as original composition. All other commercial uses within the license scope are permitted.
